Shipping to the contiguous U.S.
We currently ship to the contiguous 48 U.S. states. Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days. Standard transit is estimated at 3–7 business days after dispatch. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates; carrier delays and holidays may affect delivery.
We use GOFO, UniUni or USPS, selected according to the delivery address. Tracking is provided when your order ships.
Official website: standard shipping for the featured serums is free. Your applicable shipping cost and final total are shown at checkout before you place the order.
TikTok Shop: purchase price and shipping charges follow the terms shown in TikTok Shop. TikTok purchase shipping is extra and is separate from our website gift shipment.
Launch gift: one eligible 30 mL serum includes free standard shipping to the contiguous 48 U.S. states. Additional products are paid separately. Read the campaign rules.
Returns & refunds.
Contact our website customer care team within 30 days of delivery to request a return for an official website order. Regular returns must be unopened, unused and in their original packaging. Please wait for return instructions before sending a package.
For regular returns, the customer pays return shipping. If we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged, contact us with your order reference and photos; we cover the applicable return shipping or arrange an appropriate resolution. Please do not send payment-card details in chat.
After we receive and inspect an accepted return, we process the refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post it.
Opened products are not eligible for ordinary change-of-mind returns. If you have a product-quality concern, contact customer care for help. A free gift has no refundable cash value; any paid additional items follow the normal return rules.
